I am so relieved that Gov. Sarah Palin did not become our vice president.
As an animal lover and wildlife supporter, I would have been very distressed if she had, because she may have pressed for shooting some predatory wildlife - from the air - in the lower 48 states, as she has here in the state of Alaska.
We certainly don't need someone like her as vice president.
