I was appalled to hear about the wolf "attack" on national news ("Wolves attack joggers' dogs on Fort Rich," Dec. 22). You would think three mature women would have better sense than to go into an area inhabited by hungry, wild animals with bait on a leash and be surprised when they were threatened. Now the wolves are being blamed for the stupidity of these brainless females. They should be sued on behalf of the animals instead of being allowed to tell their sob stories on national television! Rick Sinnott should have hauled them to jail and PETA should take their dogs away from them.
