'Predator Control' Means Snipping

Letters / Anchorage Daily News / September 18, 2007

Regarding the Sept. 10 letter "Get it right, headline writer; predator control is not hunting," by Bill Schorr:

When you go looking for a living creature to kill it, that is called hunting. It does not matter why you are after the animals to kill them; it is hunting. Calling it predator control would work if they were spaying and neutering the animals instead of killing them.
