Aerial Wolf Hunting is Barbaric

Letters / Anchorage Daily News / September 4, 2007

It is unbelievable that the state would be allocating $400,000 to "educate" people that it is a feasible alternative to run wolves to exhaustion and then shoot to kill?

I'm sorry, but this is nothing but bad science based on age-old fears and myths that wolves are bad animals.

Speak up to Alaska lawmakers and tell them once and for all that aerial gunning of wolves is not only bad science but barbaric and speaks of the ignorance of those who advocate for it.
