Well, it seems as if the Board of Game doesn't think that aerial wolf hunters are killing wolves fast enough.
They now want Gov. Sarah Palin to loan them state-owned or state-rented helicopters to kill wolves even faster and more efficiently.
Didn't the people of Alaska vote against aerial wolf hunting not once but twice? After going against the wishes of the majority of the state's population, the Game Board now want the people of the state to pay to further their agenda.
The board is asking for $200,000 to $300,000 of the state's budget that could be better used for schools or Denali KidCare. We can only hope that Gov. Palin doesn't decide to fund a bad policy.
