Governor is Out of Touch with Alaskans

Letters / Juneau Empire / July 29, 2006

I find it amusing that the governor is reviewing wildlife enforcement in the state when he agrees to allow the Board of Game to enact aerial wolf hunting that the people of Alaska voted not to allow three times.

This appears to me to be hypocritical, again showing that the governor is out of touch with people of Alaska. He is living in a fantasy world with his pipe dream of natural gas. His total denial of the fact that he is the second-most unpopular governor in the country and by marching to his own agenda is not what the people of Alaska want for our state.
