Reality of Trapping
Letters / Fairbanks Daily News-Miner / December 11, 2005

The trapping display at the library is hideous. It is so sterile it denies the truth. A display like this is not complete without showing the inhumane element, the suffering an animal endures before it dies.

Trappers think what they do is glamorous and beneficial. It is anything but. The library is intended to be an educational facility and should not be used to display cruelty.
